Get ready for working with our new pension administration Provider

We emailed you last year to tell you that we are changing pension administrator , this means that they way you send information to them will also change.

So in December and again now LPPA are inviting you to book your places for the training modules for LPPA’s employer portal.

It’s extremely important that you attend these training modules to understand how to use the employer portal. Without training, there is real risk that as an employer, you will be unable to continue to meet your statutory pension obligations, when LPPA takes of the administration of your pension from 26 January 2022.

Please make sure you book your place on our THREE essential employer training modules as soon as possible so that you can continue to notify us of joiners, leavers and member changes to your scheme.

Module 1: Using the new employer portal
An overview of how to access and navigate the system, including how to inform us of changes to hours, absences and scheme movements.

Module 2: Joiner process
A step-by-step guide to notifying us of a joiner to the scheme.

Module 3: Leaver process
A step-by-step guide to notifying us of a scheme leaver and how to request a leaver estimate.

Important dates for your diary

The session are ongoing until the 20th January 2022 . The three bite-sized modules are available across a variety of dates. Book your preferred training slots and we’ll make sure you fully understand the system when it goes live.
